We just bought a used car from Charles it was such a quick and seamless process. He had all information ready about the vehicle and was honest about his process. Terrible customer service. Charles wasn’t willing to negotiate price at all, just kept demanding that we were “getting a great deal.” We were in a pinch and needed a vehicle so against our better judgment, we bought it. Got home & realized the backseat AC doesn’t work, partially our fault for not realizing before but also something I feel he should’ve mentioned. One week later the transmission went out. Bought a Honda Odyssey from Charles last month for my parents. He was great to work with and helped us be sure we got everything we needed to get our tag and title. Had the van checked out with our mechanic and everything was good. Only thing the van needed was a new rod for the back lift before we have a wheelchair lift installed. Go see Charles. He's great to work with.
Sold me a 2017 Yukon did fine on the test drive and the next day it started having torque converter and transmission issues I tried to contact him but no response be very careful
Charlie went above and beyond to help me out. He sold me a beautiful Chevrolet Suburban and made sure the car was in perfect condition before handing it over.
