Very disappointing and honestly shady experience. My vehicle passed inspection elsewhere with no issues, yet here I was told it wouldn’t pass, with no clear or reasonable explanation. It felt inconsistent and like I was being messed with. Customer service was rude and unprofessional, and gas prices are always higher than nearby stations. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

This place is a rip off. I went here to get an inspection done. The mechanic told me I wouldn’t pass because my brakes were to worn down. I said ok can you replace all 4 of them on my 2018 Ford Escape. He said yea no problem give me 2 hours. 2 hours goes by and no call back. I Go back down there to see what’s up and the mechanic had left for the day with no updates on my car. I personally loved the place, very friendly! They are very attentive and very kind. They explained what was wrong with my car in detail and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking to get their car fixed etc !!
