I called and spoke to Tim about needing an alignment on my truck. He had appointments available for the next day, but I had to work that day and was, just by chance I was off on the day I was calling. Tim said that if I could drop off the truck, he could work me in later in the day. That’s exactly what happened. I really appreciate his willingness to help me out when he didn’t have to. Work runs much smoother when it is planned and that is why businesses have appointment times, but exceptions are nice and I thank him.
Tim and crew are the best around. I've taken every vehicle I've owned to Global over the years, and have never had a bad experience.
Great place, they always take good care of our vehicles. Honest, transparent and accommodating.
