3 years waiting for a bad installation of our countertop to be fixed. Frequent communication led me to believe the job would be done, but nothing has happened. This was my last promise from them in March 2024 - "The installer that installed your countertop is not with us anymore so I am going to see what I can do to have that fixed for you since it should have been done properly in the first place.
