What a GREAT company !!!! I purchase at my local store the subzero hot and cold bottle for my friends, family and customers (big fan..) I was missing a couple of caps and seals that got lost in the dish washer. I am big on re-using so I really did not want to throw the bottles away... they are perfectly fine... if I only could get the seal (gasket) somewhere .
