Natalia is amazing. Super helpful and patient with me even though I had no clue what I was doing.
Great customer service always there to clean the beds and get you in there as fast as they can great place the price right on I was overpaying, majorly majorly and as far as the ones that charge a lot of money saying they rotate their bulbs and their bulbs are brand new all the time and they keep up with them not sure I got a better 10 at this place and then I did that other place. I was paying over $150 for I recommend going here. The bulbs are great cleaning this and they are wonderful people.
Went in to get a membership today. The staff has the door propped open in the back and nobody to attend. After a while I walked back to look in the rooms and use the bathroom. The back storage is filthy, rooms damaged and dirty as well as boxes in the waiting area. After using the bathroom a girl peeked in from the back door didn't speak. I walked back through the rooms and left without one person realizing I was there. Unprofessional and a bad look for Glo!!
My partner and I came in with absolutely no knowledge of the services this tanning salon offers. Natalia helped us find the family package and gave us a tour and detailed description of all the beds. She was working alone and had a crazy rush of people coming in and managed to do about 20 things at once and still help us get our plan started.
