UPDATE- Since writing review both customer service and the owner reached out to me to find a resolution. Although I was hesitant at first, the above and beyond customer service made me rethink my intial opinion of Glo. And im glad I went back Talked to the front desk they informed me it would be 30 min for the bed I wanted, told them it was okay just give me whatever bed was fastest.
