Love this place
Talked to the front desk they informed me it would be 30 min for the bed I wanted, told them it was okay just give me whatever bed was fastest. Que me waiting 45 minutes and about 6 people who came in behind me, going in front of me. The staff definitely forgot about me and missed me entirely. Ended up leaving without even tanning after waiting close to an hour. Very disappointed with the entire experience.
Too crowded. Always a wait for the more high end beds that you pay extra for. Also they make it very difficult to cancel a membership. I will be going to a local competitor
I am so glad I decided to join GLO! My experience every time I come is unspeakable! The customer service and friendly atmosphere! Not to mention all of the beds! Keep GLOWING!
