They over charged me& the tan was very splotchy. My sister went the very next day & got exactly the same as me. And hers was 20$ less and she does not have the membership.
Great customer service !! Beds need new bulbs !! Prosper Glo Tanning always have a bed with new bulbs. Hate driving 16 miles vs 6. I keep going to McKinney thinking they have to have one bed that will make me leave feeling like I got something. Love the location and the girls but the beds are so weak.
Pleasant experience, every time. Very clean facility and everyone is friendly & helpful.
The visit was excellent. Very clean and professional. Very helpful and informative. I hadn't been tanning since before the pandemic. So much has changed. When I had a problem with the bed. Kaylee helped me out. Hayley and Kaylee were outstanding. It was very refreshing for a great customer service experience.
