I absolutely love the girls who work here. It’s always a great experience but tonight was above and beyond. They literally ran me out to my car with a large towel over my head so I didn’t get rain on my fresh spray tan. 10/10 customer service, and I didn’t even have to ask, they just offered. These girls and their management should be so proud. 💕
The salon was extremely busy and the staff handled the influx in customers very well. The staff is why I gave more stars, for the most part. I paid extra for the additive that speeds of the developing time, the staff member told me to rinse the spray tan off within 1-2 hours. I rinsed off 1.5 hours after, and my color is exactly the same as before i spray tanned. Not sure if this is product mishap, user error, or incorrect instructions given.
