All of the staff that works there that we have encountered have been beyond helpful. We decided to get a membership so we had a little bit of color before our wedding in November. The staff were super helpful and informative. They offered specific lotions to compliment our visits based off of probing questions and responses. They need to change bulbs. If you vacation late in the year, you’re out of luck. I’ve been in the KBL bed twice this week and cannot tell any difference.
It was my first time tanning the staff was super friendly and the environment was very cool. Lots of things that are included. I have a few darker spots I wish they could have explained a little better and before we went in the loud room where I could barely hear what she was saying. I definitely will be back though overall was a great experience and loved how the girls were so nice
