It is ok. Some of the staff are engaging and nice, others not so much. They are changing branding from Hollywood Tans. But in the end it is the beds that I was there for and they are all good. The package price is good if you are going a couple to a few times a week. So, it does not stink but no raves either.
Beware if you ever plan to freeze your account. I have frozen my account multiple times for extended periods of time and have never had an issue. HT decided to “upgrade” their system recently and many people were charged a monthly fee of $97 instead of the $5 fee. They said it is because I was frozen too long and said i only had it frozen for 2 years. First of all if I had been told that when freezing I would have made a note on my phone.
