Horrible customer service at this location.
Best tanning/spa experience, ive only been 3 or 4 times and I can already see an improvement in my skin.
The girls are so nice and educated! Love the membership, and everyone that works here
Incorrect credit card charge. Our credit card was incorrectly charged for tanning lotion on Sunday and after daily calls and a visit to the salon we are still being told it will take 7-10 days to have the charge reversed. No management available in person or on the phone. We have been members for almost four years. Extremely poor customer service and very disappointing.
