If I could rate a 0 out of 10 I would. Sad to see you can’t even use a gift card to try out the chemicals in their self tanning bed to see how your skin responds understanding health conditions do exist along with severe allergies. Why would I join, get locked in and then can’t use or cancel? I just left my $25 gift card with the front desk associate who refused to allow me to use it without a required tour and going over membership sales. I just recently moved back to the area and finally got to come back to Glo and I’m so impressed with the staff at the Mustang RD location. Every time I come in I tell my boyfriend “she’s my favorite” and he says “you say that about them all”. They’re all welcoming, they upsell without being pushy, and they give advice that’s genuine. I’ve been to many tanning salons and never experienced anything like this location. Beds are great. Girls are nice. Always trying to sell you something instead of serving guest. The wait time is awful. I have been to other studios but this one is horrible about getting clients into tan. Love glo tan but this studio needs more direction. Been waiting over 20 minutes after they have asked me to change my review. I’ll change it to less stars. This place does NOT honor time. Horrible!!
Everyone here is always really nice. Very clean and nice and machines are always working. Can be a wait sometimes but usually isn’t too bad. Only complaint and it isn’t really one because I know it’s their job but I pay $100 a month for a membership and I’m always bombarded with buy this and buy that and all these extras. I understand that’s their job but man it’s exhausting to every time have to go through every product. AMAZING! Absolute great facility in Yukon and wonderful options. Very clean. Superb customer service, especially Gabby! She went to work for me to take care of every need on packaging options and what I was looking for. Super kind young lady!
