I absolutely love the new location! Everyone was so nice — both the clients and most of the staff. However, there was one employee named Nevaeh who was extremely rude to customers and her own team. Teamwork is essential, and things would definitely run more smoothly if everyone worked together. Shoutout to the Hispanic employee who was hands down phenomenal! Despite being yelled at by Nevaeh, they stayed professional and kept pushing through. You truly deserve so much more recognition and appreciation!
Beds = good. Most every person that works here = incompetent or rude. Your guess. Incompetence explained - They check someone in, that someone sits down right in front of them. THEN! Someone else walks in! This is where it goes to Crapville. Yes, that fast. Instead of remembering the person that you just checked in and putting the new person AFTER the first, they go into mental breakdown and begin skipping people!?!? Staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment is high end and the studio is very clean!
