My husband and I are extremely pleased with everything at GloTanning in Bartonsville. We love it there! Staff is very informative, friendly, and courteous always ready to assist with whatever you might need. Ihave a disability and they always give me a few extra minutes to get ready. There are many different types of tanning beds and other options, dry bed with red and blue light therapy, wet bed, massage chairs, what's not to like?
The staff was very helpful to prepare me for the best tan before my first cruise.
Genevieve was so helpful!! It was my 1st time and she walked me through everything in each room. Customer service is back !! My spray tan using the Versa pro was terrific. Job well done Glo.
The staff at this location is well trained and takes the time to explain the differences in each of there tanning rooms. Everyone there is very pleasant and friendly. The rooms are throughly cleaned after each customer leaves and the staff is very quick getting you into a tanning room even when they are very busy. My wife and I have been going there for over 2 years and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Keep up the great job!! Bob and Tracey Smith
Clean, quick and staff is super fast with getting you in, out and explaining anything thoroughly in between! Makes keeping a tight schedule much easier. Don’t get me wrong the facility is super busy but there’s busy with people dragging their feet creating a back up and then there’s busy because people are coming because the staff is hustling to make it all work and move so you’re in and out with a great experience.
