Terrible service! Very dishonest about how you can use your membership! They will tell you that you can roll over tans that you do not use every month and then they will not honor what they say to you! Be careful putting money into a membership with this company! I will not return nor will I recommend!! Beds over heat and AC never works!
I love this tanning salon. My favorite is the skin wellness bed!!! Love all the girls that are here!!!
If I could give a ZERO star I would being charged 100.00 for 3 months after disputing the first 2 months and then being offered NOT my money back but a 200.00 credit, then to be told my card has been deleted. Low and behold ANOTHER 100.00 charge. Absolutely Ridiculous given the run around, physically speak to anyone instead I have to interact with a BOT through a chat. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.
i came in for my first time spray tanning and my consultant was hannah! she was so kind and helpful, she showed me around and explained everything, and showed me products that would help me get the best outcome with my tan. she was so polite and knowledgeable! i will definitely be coming back!!
Love the place and super love the staff! All the young ladies are so sweet and personable!
