One of the best salons I’ve ever been in! The girls are so sweet, the beds are top of the line and the spa service are fantastic. Coming in is easily one of the highlights of my day! One of my absolute fave things, that I’ve never seen in a tanning salon, is the robes for when you use multiple machines! Super convenient to not have to fully dress every time. I’ve never had to wait except once during the busy evening time when everyone comes in. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the absolute sweetest!
I had a coupon for a free service. However I had to go through a whole sales pitch and a tour in total was almost 40 minutes. Tried a saunter thing never got warm and shut off at 15 minutes even though it was set for 30. The girl up front said it must’ve been because fresh water was put in. Tried the tanning bed on sensitive for 5 minutes. Honestly felt that I had just wasted a lot of time. The following day I was charged $30 and then the day after that charge I was charged another $20. My experience was terrible! There was only one person working when I came in and she was extremely busy(not the workers fault). This place is clearly extremely understaffed and has no clear leadership. I’ve tried this location multiple times and everytime it’s the same thing… if I was the owner I would seriously look into my management roles and consider a change because this is a constant problem.
