3rd time this week I had to leave without getting the services I pay for. Blue mound location has three beds broken and had to leave since i didn’t have an hour to wait. Today was the system crashed while I was in the standup and they weren’t able to restart mine or any other. I dont blame local employees, always kind and helpful. But would be nice to be compensated for services not provided when we pay 100 a month, but i doubt that would ever be offered
This is the second location that we’ve gone to today and none of the beds appear to be working and they have no clue when they’ll be working. I wouldn’t even give this place one star but it forced me and there’s no number you can really call but they have no problem taking your money every month.
