I’ve been a loyal member of Glo Tanning for many years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly—especially at both the Keller and Alliance locations. First, the employee turnover is out of control. There’s always someone new who isn’t properly trained, and there’s rarely (if ever) a manager on duty to oversee operations or resolve issues. Aweful! I’ve been going here and actively promoting it over palm beach bc the price and service. But recently the owners of glo got a brilliantly dumb idea to make the girls walk back ALL customers to their rooms as if we are CHILDREN. Now guess what??? There is ALWAYS a line out the flipping door bc the girls are so overwhelmed with walking every guests back plus cleaning beds making wait times SOAR!!! Unbelievable! One of the best glo tanning salons around. There are 3 locations near me , this is the furthest one from me. Less than 10 miles But well worth it for me. Staff is fabulous friendly and professional. On top of their game!
I wouldn’t waste your money on the “rapid” spray tan formula. I spent an additional $10 for the rapid to be able to shower after 3 hours. They must have given me the regular formula on accident because my tan washed off completely after the 3 hours and never developed. Then they refused to give me a refund, stating “please know that achieving the best spray tan results involves careful preparation and proper aftercare”, basically insinuating it was my fault, after I followed all preparation and aftercare instructions.
