Most of the staff members are rude and lack training. They are closed at 6:12 on Sunday evening when the door hours clearly read 9am - 7 pm on Saturday and Sunday. There is a sign stating they will be closed Monday for Labor Day but the notice does not include closing early today. I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received, their lack of respect for their customers and the lack of knowledge and courtesy with most of their staff.

I go to the Glenloch location and love it!!! They have great customer service and the Manager, Natalie, is fantastic at her job, very welcoming and accommodating! I have the Luxury Spa Membership but really just use the spa services and only tan maybe once or twice a month. I use the Wellness Pod almost every week, twice and then get a red light facial ... my two favorite services.
