Absolutely horrible to work with. I purchased a 3 month tanning package but needed to cancel the monthly fee due to covid and being unable to make it in. They refused to cancel the account until the 3 months ended so I paid for services I was unable to use. I was also in the middle of a divorce and the account I had used ended up being my ex husbands once said and done and they refused to stop taking the money out of that account because that was the account I used to sign up with.
