RST SERVICE EVER. They painted a color I did NOT ask for, and I politely told the technician. She started yelling at me and speaking in Chinese with a terrible attitude—I couldn’t understand anything she was saying. She grabbed my nails, removed all the color, and only put one layer of clear polish. For my toes, she used a horrible fluorescent pink that I DID NOT ask for. My girl friend went to this nail Place, they did the complete opposite of what she asked and took her having to get on top of them to do what she asked for semi the correct way . They cut her fingers and she’s bleeding and she payed a lot of money for a horrible experience. She told them multiple times she wanted a dry pedicure and was questioning and interrogating her instead of just doing what she asked. Her nails are crooked and uneven. Her toenails are so short that her raw meat is showing and she’s in pain.
