Good service and friendly staff. Recommended specially those who are daunted to have dental service.
Went to this dental appointment, with a lot of pain in the gum caused by food pocket. Dentists are not my favourite people due to childhood memories. But I must say how caring an attentive ,the dentist an staff were. So much so I have made another appt for a crown next weekI’ve been putting up with this pain for quite some time
I have never missed an appointment, yet my appointment was cancelled as I didnt reply to the confirmation message. I booked 6 months in advance, saw the message the day before and thought "yep, got the dentist tomorrow". Turned up and I was not able to be seen. Was offered another time, that wouldn't work. I have 4 small children, work full-time and had organised so I could be there. Guess my business is not worth it.
I had such an amazing experience with the team at Glo Dental. Shout out to Chris on reception who has an amazing understanding of dentistry and can really help to reassure you before you visit the practice. Dr Aleks is brilliant and really calmed my nerves, they took such good care of time and was so patient with all of my questions and happy to go through every avenue in depth of what my treatment options were.
