I had a lot of pain and tension in my shoulders, arms, and upper back. After a session with Gloria I felt much better, pain free! She is highly skilled and intuitive, finding all the right spots. I plan on coming once a month or so for maintenance.
Finally found a truly effective massage! I have 2 rods in my back, scoliosis, diastasis recti after 2 c sections and love exercising - I'm a personal trainer, yoga teacher & lead retreats. Great experience. Gloria is very knowledgeable and. I went in with a very very tight leg (quad, calf, and hamstring) and her focused massage, help me relieve tension immediately. She does an excellent job
Gloria worked wonders for my left-sided sciatic pain after two visits, and I haven’t experienced pain since. She’s deeply knowledgeable and exceptionally skilled at deep tissue massage, with expertise in sports injuries and regular massage alike. I can’t recommend her enough!
