the owners are caring when they answer their messages or the occasional phone call to get assistance (neither of which is easy to accomplish). Other than that i would not deal with this company. It's the one hand knows what's going on the other hand hasn't a clue (situation) I've been fighting with text messages and occasional phone calls to correct my issues with my purchase which (i still cannot own legally) as i have not received the correct paperwork a month later after receiving a damaged item.
