Poor poor service I have been a customer for the past 6 years running I have watched this company grow and blossom this company used to care about there clients, the customer service was off the charts, now if you get a response it's short rude, and the company is only concerned about lining there pockets, they can't even keep there " luxury " busses on the road. kathy ann we took a trip with GLM to Leavenworth. The driver was professional with a sense of humor, she made the trip there fun. Our bus arrive early for our pick up and so we left on time and even arrived in Leavenworth 25 minutes before we had planned. We enjoyed a great day of sights and shopping. Our group is looking forward to our next ladies retreat, we'll be using GLM again.
