Don’t go here. They secretly put chemical relaxer in my hair without permission. I knew something wasn’t right when they had to let the “shampoo” that they got from the back sit on my hair. Now my scalp is burnt and sensitive. I washed my hair and the chemical relaxer smell is so strong. I am sickened by this practice and i will never go back to this salon.
My experience at Glitzy was pleasurable. Upon my arrival I was acknowledged and serviced right away. Emma was very accommodating and frequently asked if I was ok. The prices are extremely reasonable. I’m very very pleased with the results of my hair and will make Glitzy my new spot to get my hair together!

Poor customer service skills from not only staff but also the owner. The owner is unable to retain staff, there’s always different staff. I walked in and patiently waited for almost an hour and left due to no customer service. Not one employee addressed me or provided any customer service. I noticed a baseball bat lying on the floor on the side of the desk. A sign that stated credit cards/debits cards were not accepted. Only form of payments accepted are cash, cash app or Zelle.
