Great selection
Worst customer service ever!!!! They want to see you when you try on there dresses. So uncomfortable! I left crying because I wanted to try a different dress and she said she is not gonna let me try it unless she sees me in it. I said what if I feel uncomfortable I never felt so ashamed of asking for my size. Never coming back here. FYI while leaving she grabbed me from my arm to keep telling me things. I said Dont touch me! She is rude and disrespectful!
Loveddd the style and vibe of the store!! Such beautiful dresses from the 2000s era. I had been looking for vintagey dresses for prom. However, i wish they had a wider selection of sizes. I’m a medium and didnt really find any dresses I liked in my size. Most of the cuter ones were Sizes 1-2 or 3-4 not 7-8 (my size). The ladies were very nice tho!
I was very nervous to go here after reading all of the ratings about the owners being extremely rude. However, I had a positive experience at the store. The two ladies in the shop were very nice and helped me find dresses and try them on, and when they were on, they were very encouraging and gave me a lot of compliments. I did overhear them tell another customer that they could try on no more than three dresses at a time, which they didn't tell me, but otherwise, I didn't have any bad experiences. Had a wonderful experience here. After browsing Macys and finding nothing I stumbled upon this store. I found a couple gorgeous gowns for a black tie wedding. The two women helping me were very helpful and not pushy at all. They helped zip me up and decide on a gown. The selection was incredible. They also had a toddler tux for my 17 month old.
