I booked 4 stitch braids and the came out amazing! I don't get braids often because of past experience and not being able to find a braider I vibe with, but I will definitely be coming back!!!

Booked an appointment weeks in advance. Appointment was cancelled an hour before service. Unfortunately unable to find an alternate time that worked within the owner’s availability so I agreed to a refund. A week later nothing has been processed and deposit has still been charged. Braider service could be great but this was not a “luxury experience” for me. Update: followed up and owner was finally able to process a refund. Appreciate at least following through.
