I bought 25 helium balloons (divided into 3 bunches) for $90 on Friday, May 2nd for an event on Saturday, May 3rd. I picked up the balloons at 2 pm and by 7 pm they were drooping in the party room. I took them back to the store at 10 am on Saturday (day of the event) at which point 10 of the balloons were dragging and all of them were looking sad and asked that all of them be replaced. Not the best experince. Ordered lettered balloons - had to pay upfront - the manager promised they would be in the store the next day. I showed up the following day, and the staff didn't know what I was talking about. The staff had to call the man who I purchased from and he informed them that he never got the balloons as promised and never informed me. The refund took 10 minutes because the staff didn't know how to do it and now I have to drive 20 minutes to get them somewhere else with the event being tomorrow morning. Nee... read more

Bought a sheet of stickers from North hill mall location for my daughters birthday craft and they were totally glued to the sheet, no way I could peel them off. I was going to use them that day so I didn’t take the receipt. I went to tell the store about the faulty product they sold me and because I didn’t t have the receipt they would not help me in any way. They wouldn’t even give me a new sticker sheet of the same stickers off the shelf, no refund, no credit, nothing. Basically a smile and a sorry not sorry. Terrible cust... read more

I came in to grab some balloons in January and it was mid afternoon, kind of busy, the girl helping me was super nice and kept the interaction fun while she was filling them all. Watching her interact with other customers was nice as well, she was able to control the busy situation quite well with a smile on her face. Will be back in the future!

I love the store as it has most of the party stuff at a decent price but the staff is horrible. This is the closest party store for me so I go here very often. Last few times, the women at the desk have been so unfriendly. It's like they don't have any interest in selling anything. She was constantly on the phone even when making the transaction or asking questions. Very very poor service. Consider changing your staff for better business
