My mother next to me had a phenomenal service by Tom. It sucked watching the great massage and actual attempt at providing a service he did. My ladies lack of effort is a insult to the rest of your staff that actually make an attempt. DO NOT SEE AMY she will skip steps and rush through your service with lighting speed. She made 0 attempt to give any type of massage and if you call gliding your hands over and over with 0 pressure on someone any attempt it's an insult to the person and a complete waste of money. Can't say enough good things about Glitz & Glam! I have been coming here about once a month for over a year now for pedicures and I have a great experience every time. Nina is my preferred nail tech and she ALWAYS does a wonderful job! She convinced me to start doing gel about a year ago and I have never looked back. She is kind and takes her time to do a detailed job EVERY single time. There are SO many colors to choose from and feels like each time I go there is some new fancy polishes to try!
