I visited Glitz Car Wash on Clybourn this afternoon, and I won’t be back. I requested the $5 spray wax add-on. Unclear if it was actually applied. The bigger issue was quality control and timing. I arrived around 11:40 a.m. and my car was treated as “finished” around 1:20 p.m. During that time, the workflow repeatedly stalled and appeared to shift between workers taking break mid-process. Just read Jig G's review and I'm wondering if that jag is living under a rock. He writes a thousand word treatise on how inconsiderate is it for a business like this to have varying hours right now. Get a clue. Meantime this place is phenomenal. If your biggest concerned rn is that you drove to a car wash and it was closed, Consider yourself lucky.
