This was my first visit with Glitz and Grunge.I booked an appointment well in advance with Stacey early in the morning. I arrived on time, and saw that she had many people in line to get their hair done. I told her I had a appointment and she told me to sit in the hallway and wait. I waited for 20-30 mins before she came out to get me and once inside I still had to wait. She had 3-4 people ahead of me. They do not value New Client business and definitely not your Time...lacks professionalism. Went to this salon on two separate occasions to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Stacey was the stylist both times. First time she asked who I was there to see although I booked oneline days before. She was 40 minutes behind. Did not mentioned she was severely behind.
