I had been very pleased with previous experiences, but after my last appointment I ended up with a nail infection from a pedicure. It took a round of antibiotics and almost two months before I could wear heels/shoes with a tighter toe box and walk without pain.

I called and booked two side by side pedicures for myself and my friend’s daughter- her first. It was supposed to be a special birthday present, one I had given to her sister two years before when she turned ten. I explained this to the person I made the reservation with.
