I had a scheduled appointment with this company for them to install two ceiling fans. When they did not show up I called and was told there was a mistake in scheduling. If I hadn’t called they probably would not have bothered to let me know. Horrible customer service. They agreed to come later that afternoon. No thanks. I will not ever use this company again. Bad communication not very professional
GLE's service was top notch! They scheduled me in quickly, gave me an honest assessment of what was needed with my furnace/ac, and the cost was less than half what another company was going to charge me for the exact same service.
