paid $40 for a titanium belly ring, asked multiple times to confirm it was waterproof and would not tarnish in water as would be happy to pay more for one that didn’t and has begun to turn copper after less than a week.
Awesome customer service, providing great quality jewellery
Awful experience with this store. Misleading images on the website, engraved item that arrived looked terrible and not at all what I expected. Replacement or refund has been refused despite the item not ‘matching the description, sample or demonstration model advertised’ as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. Store continues to claim I should have known, despite this absolutely not being the case at all. Would never ever shop here or recommend to anyone.
Amazing jewellery, decent prices, and VERY VERY fast delivery
This store is amazing. Their products are fun, great quality, and easy to wear (and they look great!) I have had no issues with tarnishing or wear and tear and many of these I have worn daily for weeks and weeks. Their customer service is amazing, I highly recommend Glitters for the unique and awesome jewellery and the service! Postage is SUPER fast, too.
