My experience with Kelly was wonderful. I had DPNs removed that had been accruing for about 25 years. I appreciate that Kelly provided accurate advice from pre- to post-care. She made the process as comfortable as possible, and I managed very well (I have an extremely low pain tolerance). The product recommendations were great, and my face healed without any scars.
