Liars and fakes. Rude people. We've known Roger, a good friend of us but ever since he sadly passed away they began to fraud us when my grandma came here from Argentina with a real ruby ring which has a special meaning behind it. I went into the store on my way out of the mall, I had the pleasure of consulting with a lady there (I forgot her name), she tended to my needs and gave advice on what looks better and even helped me to stay within my price range. I would definitely recommend Glitters Jewelry for any needs and already told my friend about it!

Very upset with their customer service. All my sis and I were asking for was proof that the merchandise they sold us was in fact 14k gold even a third party appraisal from them will do. All they had was a rock test to prove it’s white gold. We spent an entire morning driving to reputable jewelry stores (3) to get the earrings appraised and one thing they all agreed is at best the earrings are sterling sliver when we PAID and was TOLD it was 14k GOLD at the time of purchase. Was told i was paying for 14k white gold earrings turns out the earrings are not. I got the earrings appraised at 3 different stores and they all say it's at best silver. All gold sold by law should have a stamp but they claim was "buffed" off to dip into rhodium polish to make white gold. All the appraisers says it's not white gold at all. No type of gold what so ever. Brought it back and they say they can't prove the earrings are from their store so they cant take any responsiblity.
