Paul the, "owner","operator" of this business is polite and pleasant but can't give a straight honest answer to any question you give him, he talks circles and is "NOT" a "JEWLER" he sends it out to somewhere....????? And, tries to act like he knows what he is doing but he is doing nothing and won't give estimates on anything because he doesn't want to anything for free because he is so superior to all of us and. apparently when he speaks you habe to pay him money......so have fun with Paulie
