I sent it all the way from Christchurch by courier to get it resized, and Raju has done a spot-on, perfect job. It came back resized, polished, and looking brand new. I highly recommend this gold shop! Today was my second visit, and I travelled all the way from the CBD to South Auckland — not because of anything else, but for their excellent service. The customer service here is absolutely fantastic, and you feel very welcome whether you’re buying gold or not. I also know this shop has faced theft and burglaries a few times, but they’ve stood strong. It’s all because of their honest, caring, and genuine service towards their customers.
The nature of the shop owner was very good, the people working there were also very good, they spoke very lovingly, I found it to be exactly like what I had heard about them from people, I shopped from here for the first time but got exactly what I wanted😊😊
