Some of the staff are quite mean, be prepared to potentially hear unnecessary rude comments about you while getting the service. I’ve been here a few times, some ladies are nice, others point out your flaws in a snarky tone. My mom comes here often and has no problems. So it really depends on who you get.

Went last week to get waxed. The girl who did mine had zero experience, she didn’t know how to wax instead of pulling the wax strip down she pulled it up. She also took too much time and the results were bad. Lastly the wax itself was bad my hair are already grew out

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the blow-dry at this salon. The stylist, who claimed to have 20 years of experience, “detangled” my hair by aggressively yanking through knots instead of working through them gently—breaking hair in the process. When I asked about using a proper brush, she said the brush “doesn’t do the job,” which was shocking coming from a professional.
