I wanted to leave an honest review of my experience. I visited this salon for the first time last Saturday and booked the luxury manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, the overall experience was just average and did not meet my expectations. I also had a hand wax service done, which was the most disappointing part of my visit. We visited Glisten for the first time earlier this month based on the stellar reviews. The visit was good but not great for a few reasons which have led to this review. The staff is very friendly and I appreciated their demeanor, however, unfortunately, things could have been better for the following reasons: PEDICURE (1) the cuticle was cut too deep and was sore/hurt and red for 3+ days, at risk of infection and needing antibacterial cream and a bandage, (2) the application was spotty with some toes not up to the edges, and... read more
