Terrible experience. Had to cancel due to a family emergency and she showed no empathy and charged me the full amount. Then would not stop sending me promotional texts after I unsubscribed multiple times. I had one appointment prior, the facial was ok but she talked too much and tried to push products on me.
I love my brows! I got a brow lamination, wax and tint from Emily and I could not be more pleased with the results; the color and the shape are perfection! She also advised me on skincare and products; she is definitely an expert in her field and I really appreciate her dedication and attention to detail. I will definitely book more services with her and encourage you to as well, you will be glad you did!
I’ve been going to Emily for about 2 years, and her services are nothing short of flawless! My daughter got me a facial gift certificate to Glisten & Glow for my bday a couple years ago and I was amazed at the difference it made!! I was hooked! Since then I’ve been getting monthly facials from Emily and I can’t say enough good things about how great she is and how nice it is that she has monthly specials so it encourages me to experiment and try different facials. Emily has great product knowledge, product line, assesses skin type and proper treatment. I have enjoyed her recommendations, our chats and our plan for my skin into next year . She is real and has worked with me on how to take better care of my skin , manage a timeline and budget for treatments and I look forward to our time together .i was referred by a friend and I in turn have referred a few more .
