If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent 8 grand on a new heat pump, the old one had zero issues the entire time we had it and we took care of it ourselves, until it finally lived past what it should have. I had problems with the new one from the beginning and anytime I tried contacting him, he never responded and when he did, had an excuse for why he couldn't come. Gibbs was very knowledgeable and reasonable with taking care of all heating issues we had throughout the house. Seems like they get pretty busy in the winter, but once he was able to finalize the schedule we got everything we needed taken care of. The heat is working better than ever.
Their service was prompt, they also uncovered an issue that had been ongoing for several years that previous technicians had not identified.
No communication with my parents hot water heater issues. Still waiting for response and repair!!! My mother is 89 years old and recently widowed. She and my Dad celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary in early June and he passed away in late June. She called Glisson’s 3 times and left messages and after the third call she finally received a return call but Glisson’s didn’t show up until October 1st.
