100% recommend this place. I got my nose pierced here (first piercing) by Rashelle, and she was amazing! She guided me through the whole process, and I truly felt comfortable in her presence. Over the week, I was having an issue with my piercing, where I was bleeding quite consistently. I reached out to the customer service line, and they got back with me so quickly! My daughter had her ears pierced and had a bit of anxiety about it but the staff member was patient, calm and made my daughter feel very comfortable. She wasn’t doing too much or too little. She was also very precise with her work. Pretty calm environment, okay energy. Very clean and professional, could have more inventory for earrings. They are pricey but it’s a small business trying to take off. I would go there again.

I took my five-year-old there to get her ears pierced, and everyone was so nice and professional. The facility was spotless—much cleaner and really nice inside than you’d expect from the outside. We were so happy we chose this place, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone with a little one who’s interested in getting their ears pierced.

Raschelle made me feel so comfortable, gave me a stress ball during the piercing, and talked me through exactly what to expect! This studio is so cute and clean, and they have cute options of jewelry to choose from. Definitely recommend!
