Rashelle did an incredible job piercing my earlobes! They are very scarred from having been stretched and then surgically sewn back up, so it was not an easy task. She took special care to make sure they were symmetrical and would heal well. She also still managed to make it quick and as painless as possible. I appreciate how throughly she answered my questions and explained aftercare as well. I will definitely return in the future!

100% recommend this place. I got my nose pierced here (first piercing) by Rashelle, and she was amazing! She guided me through the whole process, and I truly felt comfortable in her presence. Over the week, I was having an issue with my piercing, where I was bleeding quite consistently. I reached out to the customer service line, and they got back with me so quickly!
