Booked the Lash Lift and Tint. I have never done anything with my lashes before, and the results are so awesome! Mckenzie did a great job. The photos are directly before and after the appointment. I am three days past and they still look great with minimal fixing needed in the morning.
Lashes fell out the next day. Left two messages for the owner to get a refund. A week later still haven’t heard back.
Not everything went perfectly with my first lash set but the business themselves handle the situation and solved my issues. Thank you!
Got my first lash set done here and unfortunately they turned out horrible. I ended up going back in to get a “refill” 2 days later because a ton fell out on the first day. Some of them were also going sideways. Even after the fix it fill they still didn’t last more than a week and a half before most of the lashes were off or going in the wrong direction.
