Dustin was super knowledgeable and easygoing. He was immediately able to diagnose and order a part needed to repair our oven (which was only one month old)! He apologized for the delay with getting in the part but it arrived quickly and the repair was super quick. Good communication too, would recommend Gliedt :)
The absolute best. Called and got a schedule, Dustin showed up at the very top of window and was quick to diagnose the issue and give me a plan on what we could do. Was able to get the parts and scheduled a time to come fix. All done so quick and with a positive attitude. Will use them from this point forward and tell everyone I know. Great work!!
Absolutely great company! Roger serviced our refrigerator and even had to make a couple of extra trips to our home in Bella Vista to diagnose, order parts, and fix the issue. We could not be happier with his professionalism, promptness, honesty, and fair price. I couldn't be more impressed with this company and would highly recommend them.
WOW!!! We cannot say enough good about Gliedt Appliance! We bought a new home in Centerton & Dustin came out and carefully, efficiently, professionally & very neatly fixed the dryer door. Today again Dustin came and balanced the refrigerator. Nikki, in the office does a great job of fielding problems and scheduling. This company is the place to go/call for any appliance problems. Dustin is a great ambassador for Gliedt!!!
We have used Gleidt since 2017. They are truly the best in Northwest Arkansas. Always quick to get us on the schedule and they do a great job with repairs. Roger, the owner, is honest and such a great guy!
