Working with Glidewell is extremely frustrating. If communication or customer service is required, it's a nightmare. Every time you speak with the lab it's someone new, and you need to repeat the same conversation over and over. We've had empty promises and been completely ignored by Glidewell customer service on several occasions. Promo codes ignored, extra charges not removed, shipping with the wrong company, etc. Most recently, our shipping preferences were ignored and this led to wasted time and delays for our patients.... read more
