I purchase Glidewell multi abutment scan body does not scan. I called Glidewell in the process of scanning and was directed to itero who remoted in and tried for three hours and the conclusion was that the scan body was not scanable. Then I call Glidewell direct and was told they were having a problem with the scan bodies. I am very disappointed with Glidewell.
Glidewell should be shut down. Dental impressions sent to them along with attachments of bone scan, notes and recommendations from dentist along with patient pictures. Every time wax try-in arrives for patient, they are horribly made, zero quality, ill fitting, zero quality control. Multiple additional impressions had to be made for patient to try to obtain a decent denture. After 6 months of putting patient through hell, they admitted they "never received" information from dental office. Do not trust this company.
Absolute garbage. I bought dentures for that cost over $3,000.00 and after multiple visits to my dentist got my dentures in June 2023. In September the bottom plate broke, and the dentist and lab replaced them. A month later the top plate broke after I had moved 250 miles away. Now the dentist and the lab will replace the top plate but are asking me to drive 500 miles round trip 3-4 times without reimbursing me or work with me. I wish I could give them a worst score than a one star. This lab is the most unreliable lab I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. On top of everything the customer service is terrible from supervisors to the person that answers the phone are all inept. The lack of communication internally is incredible. A case that is suppose to take 2 weeks took well over a month and after having it all that time the product was horribly ill fitting and had to be remade. I rarely spend time leaving a review but the quality from this lab is terrible. It takes multiple appointments to try and get anything delivered. Stay away.
I am a patient and just had a crown installed on my implant. Ever since I have pain in my other teeth and feel my mouth is on fire. Has anyone had the same o similar problems? I don't know what to do. I have visited other dentists. They all took x-rays and found nothing wrong. Right now I am taking antibiotics but are not helping.
