Absolute garbage. I bought dentures for that cost over $3,000.00 and after multiple visits to my dentist got my dentures in June 2023. In September the bottom plate broke, and the dentist and lab replaced them. A month later the top plate broke after I had moved 250 miles away. Now the dentist and the lab will replace the top plate but are asking me to drive 500 miles round trip 3-4 times without reimbursing me or work with me. I wish I could give them a worst score than a one star. This lab is the most unreliable lab I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. On top of everything the customer service is terrible from supervisors to the person that answers the phone are all inept. The lack of communication internally is incredible. A case that is suppose to take 2 weeks took well over a month and after having it all that time the product was horribly ill fitting and had to be remade. I rarely spend time leaving a review but the quality from this lab is terrible. It takes multiple appointments to try and get anything delivered. Stay away.
I am a patient and just had a crown installed on my implant. Ever since I have pain in my other teeth and feel my mouth is on fire. Has anyone had the same o similar problems? I don't know what to do. I have visited other dentists. They all took x-rays and found nothing wrong. Right now I am taking antibiotics but are not helping.

I am the pateint and have completed lost my patience with this lab. Impressions were done in february. Went for my 4th fit in today and still not correct. It will take another 3 weeks for them to fix the problem and return them to my dentist. The lab seems as if they do not care, they know the dentist will continue to return for their services. They do not understand what it does to the patient, this is not an easy process for us, very time consuming with all of the visits, very expensive and psychologically draining. At thi... read more
If I could give this lab zero stars I would. Please do not use this lab if you want to retain your patients in your professional dental practice. The costumer service is nonexistent. Phone calls are never returned as promised. Cases are not delivered as indicated by the Managers. Our office has had numerous cases lost. Glidewell has grown to much and they are unable to keep up with the production of cases in the lab. Save your money find a small lab that actually cares about your business. STAY AWAY FROM GLIDEWELL!
