This is a super cute gym, made for personal & small class training. Tania is extremely knowledgeable & customizes her workouts to your personal needs. Love love love it there!!! She’s amazing :))(
Tania is an amazing trainer. She knows what she is doing and take the time to correct the postures of her clients when needed. The studio is clean, cozy and has so many things to work with. I highly recommend this place
Tania Is wonderful Teacher She Help Me Recover the strength of my knees and hips. I don’t have more pain. I also improved my joints mobility and flexibility.
I love this studio and wish she would do more group classes
Simply the best. I really can see results in my body, strong core and strong mind.
