Had adjustment bed and within the one year warranty, I notified them that there was a frayed wire under the frame causing the bed not to lower at the foot. I have got nothing but the runaround with this company. Their warranty is for one year if it’s a defect, but the guy that works on them told me that that wasn’t defect because it would work when it was delivered so if that’s the case then why are they even publishing a warranty on the bed because they want to charge me to come out and fix the fray wire that’s come loose u... read more

I purchased a glide away Accord bed base in 2023. Before a year was up the elevation motor went. I got such a run around. Finally I got the part and the gentleman from the furniture store where I bought this glide away came over and replaced it for me because I'm a disabled vet. And within a few months the new one was doing the same thing the old one was doing. They said there was a warranty on that part and now they won't under the warranty for the part.
