So professional, helpful and very approachable. Answered all our questions and ensured that we understood how to operate the self levelling system. But best of all they said we can contact them anytime with any other questions we may have.
What a fantastic service. Customer service at its best, we had to cancel our first booking due to a family issue, no problem for Carl and the guys at Glide-rite, they simply moved our booking to another date, no questions, no fuss. Then when it came to the appointment, being able to spend the night outside the workshop in the motorhome is really handy and having use of the courtesy car while the work was done is a great touch. I had air suspension fittd to my 25 year old Ducato campervan today. It really makes a difference. What also made a difference was the customer service, I dealt with David who answered all my questions promptly and made the whole process run smoothly. I was able to use a courtesy car o get hom and back. I higly recommend Glide-rite if you are considering air or hydraulic suspension. Rob
What a difference dealing with this company compared to LNB towbars Bristol. They actually communicated with you, I had a recurring issue due to the incompetence of LNB towbars. Carl from glide rite after reading my email contacted me on a Sunday to resolve the issue. Carl went above and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue. I'm so glad that a decent company has taken over responsibility for the HPC levelling system in the UK.
