Absolutely disrespectful treatment after years of loyalty. We’ve been returning guests for years—spending around $15K —and have always had a great experience. But this year was different. Housekeeping barged into our room multiple times with the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed. It happened even when we were out for the day. This breach of privacy is unacceptable.
