We booked Glidden Limousine for our wedding on 6/20/2020. Due to COVID-19, we had to make the very difficult decision to change our wedding plans. Keith was very responsive and nice before we booked and paid in full for our limo services back in December of 2019. We booked this bus on Thursday, November 8th, which was an entire month before our planned event. When the bus arrived on Saturday, December 8th, I received no notification that the bus had arrived. I was told during my communication with Keith that we would receive a call or text when the bus was on the way. We were hosting a large party, and it takes time to round up all the guests prior to the arrival on the bus. First class all the way! From booking the limo with Keith to our driver Bekka everything went seamless. Would highly recommend Glidden Limousine.
Not even worth one star when they don’t even show up......ruined family Christmas
Duane was professional and on time. I had asked for a black limo however and the one we rode in was white and rather used.
