Doctors are wonderful and there are two Rn's left that care about patients and one medical assistant cares about the patients as well. Since the old manager TJ left this department, is nothing but a revolving door. In a 9 month period I watched 11 employees leave Including Rn's, Lpn 's Ma's, clinical techs, and a Dr. All unhappy. Doctors are wonderful and there are two Rn's left that care about patients and one clinical tech that cares about the patients as well. Since the old manager TJ left this department, it's nothing but a revolving door. In a 6 month period I watched 9 employees leave Including Rn's Ma's, clinical techs, and a Dr. All unhappy I feel bad for the wonderful patients and the amazing providers. Your staff should enjoy coming to work.

I came here from NY for what I thought would be an expert second opinion on my refractory interstitial cystitis and overflow incontinence. After a workup I was told to self-cath and that's it. The self-cath nurse was rude and insulting. I got yet another opinion from a doctor in NJ who was able to help me. I wish I never wasted the time, spoons and money I don't have coming to Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Berglund and Simran are the best. My bladder had to be removed and I honestly felt like God put me where I needed to be. Great professional staff. Very informative, plus, answers every question you may have just by the information they tell you. Also, when you return home from surgery, if you have any questions, just call and they will return your call.
